Custom plywood export cases were manufactured for a global designer and manufacturer of hydraulic systems and technology products. Each case was developed to securely house high-value components, incorporating bespoke CNC-cut insert holders to ensure accurate positioning and protection during transit.

To provide clear identification, customer and product details were engraved onto the case panels.

CNC-Cut Internal Divider for Valve and Fittings Manufacturer

A precisely machined internal divider was produced for a world leader in the design and manufacture of valves and fittings, designed to fit seamlessly within an export case. Using our CNC machine, the divider was accurately cut to match the internal dimensions, ensuring a secure fit and eliminating movement during transportation.

When a customer required a repeat insert for a case housing specialist test equipment, our team were able to improve on the original solution with CNC machining. We supported a marine services customer, by designing and manufacturing a custom internal divider to secure two gas bottles within an export case. This approach reduced assembly time and safely secured the components within the case.

Custom-Branded Reception Chairs

Our CNC capability also supports enhancements to our own working environment. Using our CNC machine, the team created custom Stadium Export Services chairs to improve the appearance of our reception area.

Each chair was precision-cut and engraved with the company name, creating a professional and welcoming feature for visitors. This project demonstrates how our CNC technology can also be used to produce bespoke, high-quality branded items with accuracy and consistency.

In-House Rack Designed Using Swood Software

Utilising the Swood software, our team designed and manufactured a bespoke storage rack for our MOD room, enabling packing materials to be stored safely, securely and efficiently.
